New Upload Workflow
The modernized system has simplified the upload process into three clear steps:
1. Upload
Select and upload your Excel file (Standard or Denormalized format)
2. Review
Review all records, edit invalid data inline with smart dropdowns, and commit valid records
3. Success
Confirmation of imported records
Key Improvements
- Real-time Validation: See all validation errors immediately after upload
- Inline Editing: Fix invalid records directly in the grid using smart dropdown menus
- Division dropdown shows all divisions; selecting a division filters the Facility dropdown
- Customer dropdown shows all customers; selecting a customer filters the Address dropdown
- All dropdowns pull live data from the datawarehouse
- No Session Timeouts: Your upload is saved reliably - no more lost work
- Smart Filtering: Quickly filter to see only Valid or Invalid records
- Export Invalid Records: Download a CSV of invalid records to fix offline and re-upload
- Replace Existing Option: Choose whether to replace existing data for the same Facility/Division/Year
